Energy work is very calming and relaxing as it takes you into a deep rest like state. The body and mind heal, integrate and rejuvenate as the brain waves slow down and the mind is brought to meditative state.  This is very good for healing stress, anxiety, trauma, PTSD symptoms and a variety of other mental wellness issues.
